Ingredients

  • 24 oz coconut
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bar paraffin wax
  • 12 oz chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut, powdered sugar, melted margarine, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. In a double boiler, melt paraffin wax and chocolate chips together until smooth.
  3. Place the coconut mixture in the freezer to harden for easier handling.
  4. Remove from freezer and roll the mixture into small balls, a few at a time.
  5. Place the rolled balls back in the freezer to firm up.
  6. Dip the frozen balls into the melted chocolate mixture and place on wax paper to set.
