Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 bar thick paraffin
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut, confectioners sugar, melted margarine, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk together and press into 2 long Pyrex dishes. Chill overnight.
  2. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over low heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Cut the chilled coconut mixture into small squares and dip each piece into the melted chocolate using toothpicks.
  4. Let the dipped squares cool on waxed paper.
  5. Store the finished treats in the refrigerator.
