Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. canned pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar.
  3. Add the oil and canned pumpkin to the mixture, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a Bundt pan.
  7. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
