- Boil chicken with onion, carrot and celery.
- Debone.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Add milk and chicken broth.
- Bring to boil.
- Boil one minute stirring constantly.
- Add chicken, cream of mushroom soup, green pepper and rice.
- Stir and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
