Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1/2 c. cherry juice
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, cherries and nuts last.
  2. Blend until moistened.
  3. Bake at 350° in greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
