- Cream butter and sifted sugar thoroughly.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, on high speed.
- Beat well after adding eggs.
- Add flour, sifted three times, alternately with whipping cream, starting and ending with flour.
- Add vanilla, lemon, and almond extracts.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tested done.
- Do not open oven during the first hour of baking.
- Cool slightly before removing from the pan.
