Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 pt. medium hot salsa
  • 1 large bag nacho cheese chips
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 oz. creamy Ranch dressing

Instructions
