Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups white milk
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook rice and raisins together until tender.
