Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Chop mushrooms lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. In a large frypan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, blend sour cream, salt, pepper, and flour.
  6. Stir the sour cream mixture into the mushrooms in the pan.
  7. Heat the mixture, stirring until boiling begins.
  8. Remove from heat and pour into a shallow baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese over the top.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
  11. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
