Mustard Ring Souffle

- Beat eggs in the top of a double boiler until well combined.
- Mix sugar and gelatine together in a bowl. Stir in dry mustard, turmeric, and salt.
- Add water and vinegar to the beaten eggs, then stir in the sugar and gelatine mixture.
- Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until the mixture is slightly thickened.
- Cool until the mixture is thickened.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cooled mixture.
- Turn the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart mold sprayed with Pam.
- Chill until the souffle is firm.
- Arrange stuffed eggs around the mold and place olives in the center for an attractive presentation.
