Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 4 or 5 potatoes
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef until the pink is gone.
  2. Drain very well.
  3. Layer the ground beef, diced carrots, chopped onion, chopped cabbage, and potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Stir the cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup together.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients in the pan.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
