Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 1 to 2 lb. Velveeta Light, cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and hot pork sausage in a skillet, then drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the cubed Velveeta Light, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, diced green chiles, garlic powder, and black pepper to the cooked meat.
  3. Heat thoroughly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot.
  4. Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips.
