Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1/2 can chopped olives
  • 1 tall jar salsa
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese mixed

Instructions

  1. Mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the bean mixture evenly in an 8 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch casserole dish.
  3. Melt the small sour cream and spread it over the bean layer.
  4. Layer chopped olives, salsa, and chopped onion on top of the sour cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle the mixed Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and bubbles, approximately 15 minutes.
