Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, separated into 4 halves
  • 3 large slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken halves in a casserole dish.
  2. Cover each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the white cooking wine and pour over the chicken.
  4. Combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and pour over the cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
