Ingredients

  • 1 large can spinach
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • approximately 2 quarts water

Instructions

  1. Boil the spinach, tomatoes, onions, and potatoes until the vegetables are done.
  2. Puree the cooked vegetables in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce to the pureed mixture.
  4. Pour in more boiling water to make the total volume approximately one gallon of soup.
  5. Add beef bouillon cubes to taste and stir until dissolved.
