Ingredients

  • 1 bag salad mix
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 large bag small Fritos
  • 1 jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 can Ranch style beans

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the salad mix, chopped green onions, sliced black olives, and drained Ranch style beans.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
  5. Mix in the sliced avocados gently.
  6. Spread the cheese whiz over the salad or serve it on the side for dipping.
  7. Just before serving, add the small Fritos to the salad for crunch.
