Instructions
- Boil hen to make a rich broth.
- Mix flour, salt, and cold water together until the dough can be rolled out thin.
- Cut the dough into small pieces approximately 1½ x 2 inches.
- Bring the broth to a rolling boil and drop the dumplings in one at a time, shaking the pot frequently; do not stir.
- Cook the dumplings for 4 to 5 minutes until done.
- Add deboned chicken pieces to the broth before adding the dumplings.
