Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked salad shrimp
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked salad shrimp, finely chopped green pepper, and finely chopped celery in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
