Ingredients

  • flounder
  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 tube crackers
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, and garlic salt in oleo until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add crabmeat, crushed crackers, and beaten egg to the sauteed mixture; mix well.
  3. Make a lengthwise split in one side of the flounder fillet.
  4. Stuff the split side of the flounder with the crabmeat mixture.
  5. Bake the stuffed flounder in a 375°F oven for 20 minutes.
