Instructions

  1. Combine butter, chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a 2-quart dish. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes covered.
  2. Add paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, and crawfish tails.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water and add to the mixture.
  4. Microwave for an additional 10 to 11 minutes.
