Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Divide dough in 3 to 4 parts.
  3. Roll in a circle; cut into pie-shaped wedges.
  4. Roll up from the wide end to the narrow; place on oiled cookie sheet.
  5. Let rise.
  6. Bake at 375° for 18 minutes.
