Ingredients

  • 2 lb spareribs
  • 3/4 c pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c chili sauce
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ribs; cook until heated through and pour over ribs.
  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill, broil or bake, basting frequently.
