- Brown meat well in oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; reduce heat and continue cooking until onions are soft.
- Stir in seasoning and spinach.
- Cook for about 5 minutes longer.
- Add eggs and stir mixture over low heat just until eggs begin to set.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
- Serve with sourdough bread or biscuits.
