Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut up ⓘ
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery ⓘ
- 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces ⓘ
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced ⓘ
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing ⓘ
- 1/3 cup lemon yogurt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon honey ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently toss together pineapple, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts, and kiwi.
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and honey.
- Fold the dressing gently into the fruit mixture.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
