Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 oz tomato sauce
  • 4 oz mushroom stems
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 1 whole fryer size chicken, cooked and deboned
  • Spaghetti, cooked

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream of celery, cream of mushroom, and cream of chicken soups with the tomato sauce and can of tomatoes in a saucepan and heat.
  2. Saute together chopped onion, mushroom stems, and chopped bell pepper.
  3. Add the sautéed vegetables to the soup mixture and stir well.
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti and deboned, cooked chicken in a large casserole dish.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the spaghetti and chicken, then top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until hot, bubbly, and the cheese has melted.
