No-Bake Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 oz. Choco-bake
  • 3 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Line a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip together until smooth.
  2. Let set about 5 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Pour 1/2 over graham crackers; make another layer of crackers on top of your pudding mixture.
  4. Pour remaining pudding over crackers.
  5. Top with a third layer of graham crackers.
