Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk, margarine, and salt together and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto wax paper in cookie-sized portions.
  4. Let the cookies cool and set before serving.
