Ingredients

  • 5 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Cut in the Crisco until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and add enough ice cold water to make 1 cup total.
  4. Pour the egg and water mixture over the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until just combined and form into six equal portions to make crusts.
