Ingredients

  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. fine egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. Gradually add noodles, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and butter.
