Ingredients

  • 16 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 8 oz. margarine or butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse the noodles in hot water.
  3. Add margarine or butter to the noodles and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, salt, fruit cocktail and raisins.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the egg mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered in a 375°F oven until set, about 1 hour.
