Instructions
- Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender.
- Drain and rinse the noodles in hot water.
- Add margarine or butter to the noodles and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, salt, fruit cocktail and raisins.
- Add the cooked noodles to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered in a 375°F oven until set, about 1 hour.
