Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 pound cooked medium noodles
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pound creamed cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks; add melted butter and sugar.
  2. Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream, and cooked noodles.
  3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  4. Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole and sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes.
  5. Dot generously with butter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes in a 375°F oven.
