Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 large onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
  • 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 3 to 4 cups cooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onions and celery in a covered Dutch oven.
  2. Add the chopped green pepper and cook until tender but not limp.
  3. Stir in the chili sauce.
  4. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Mix in the cooked, drained macaroni and stir until well combined.
  6. Serve with crackers.
