Ingredients

  • 3 ounces chicken ramen noodles
  • 16 ounces broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 ounces ripe olives, drained and halved
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 0.5 cup silvered almonds
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup vinegar
  • 0.5 cup olive or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush the ramen noodles and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add broccoli slaw mix, sliced green onions, broccoli florets, drained ripe olives, sunflower kernels, and silvered almonds to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, and olive or vegetable oil to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill before serving for enhanced flavor.
