Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Karo syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the melted butter, Karo syrup, brown sugar, and nuts together.
  2. Pat the mixture out in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake until set and caramelized.
  4. Allow to cool before adding the cream cheese filling.
  5. Mix the cream cheese, butter, coconut, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled nut topping.
  7. Chill before serving.
