Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 box dates, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; roll into balls.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Allow cookies to cool completely.
  4. Roll the cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
