Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Beat the eggs well in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add self-rising flour, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, melted butter, orange juice, grated orange peel, and chopped nuts to the eggs.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
