- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Stir by hand until well blended.
- Add oats, raisins, cinnamon, and baking powder; mix well.

- Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool then cut into 24 squares.
