Oatmeal Crisp Cookie

Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients; put aside.
- Cream margarine; add sugars, eggs, juice and vanilla and mix well.
- Add oatmeal, coconut, rind and nuts; mix and blend well.
- Then add the dry ingredients. Blend well and form 4 logs.
- Roll in wax paper and freeze for a couple of hours.
- Remove from freezer one at a time and slice thin on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- It makes a lot of cookies.
