  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, pecans, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk eggs and buttermilk together in a separate bowl.
