Ingredients

  • 6 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 12 cups margarine, softened
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 34 cup applesauce
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and cinamon and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in oats, dried fruit, walnuts, chocolate chips and applesauce.
  6. Dough should be fairly wet.
  7. Using a small scoop or tablespoon, drop batter onto greased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.
