Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • 3 Tbsp. low salt soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 oz. mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 8 to 10 oz. low salt chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken wings.
  2. Place the chicken wings into a container or Ziploc bag.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and pepper to taste.
  4. Marinate overnight or for at least 1 hour before cooking.
