Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. corn meal
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and corn meal; mix well.
  2. Add beaten eggs to the mixture.
  3. Mix melted oleo, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
