Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add cabbage to melted butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add salt and paprika after cabbage starts to simmer.
  4. When cabbage is tender, not mushy, combine light cream and vinegar.
  5. Stir in gently and serve piping hot.
