Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can whole tomatoes
  • 1 lb. American cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 boxes elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add canned whole tomatoes and Ragu spaghetti sauce to the skillet.
  3. Bring the mixture to a low boil.
  4. Add the American cheese to the sauce and simmer until the cheese is completely melted.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the elbow macaroni until done.
  6. Drain the macaroni and mix it into the sauce.
