Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup tomato catsup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the onions and ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Season the beef and onions with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the cooked macaroni, browned beef and onions, canned tomatoes, tomato soup, and tomato catsup together in a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
