A hearty, cheesy one-dish casserole combining ground beef, noodles, corn, and tomato soup with savory seasonings, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) package noodles
  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt, and black pepper in a skillet.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Place half of the cooked noodles in a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Top with the meat mixture from the skillet.
  5. Add canned corn and tomato soup over the meat layer.
  6. Layer the remaining noodles on top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the final layer.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
