60 Minute Pan Dinner Rolls
Soft, fluffy dinner rolls with a golden crust, perfect for family dinners or holiday meals. Lightly sweet and buttery, these homemade rolls are sure to impress everyone.

- In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk, water, and margarine until warm (120° to 130°).
- Mix the warm liquids into the dry ingredients.
- Add the egg and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough in half. Roll each half to fit two greased 8 or 9-inch square pans.
- Place the rolled dough into the pans.
- With a sharp knife, cut each pan of dough into 16 rolls; cover the pans.
- Let the rolls rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 20 minutes. Dust the tops with 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
