Ingredients

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend on low speed.
  2. Then beat on high for 3 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.
  4. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
