Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can giant lima beans
  • 2 cans pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, bacon, and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Mix together brown sugar, white sugar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, salt, black pepper, prepared mustard, and chili powder in a bowl.
  3. Stir the sauce mixture into the cooked beef, bacon, and onion.
  4. Add the beans (red kidney beans, lima beans, and pork and beans) to the mixture and combine well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
