- In a medium bowl, combine the beaten egg, bread crumbs, pizza sauce, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add the ground beef and mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape about 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture around each olive to form round meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- Serve warm.
